PH&H Public Policy Interest Group also engaged with various sectors of Industries as a part of Policy Stakeholders, including State Owned Companies (BUMNs), Multi National Corporations (MNCs), Local Business Enterprises, Humanitarian Agency, European Union and other Interest Groups in Indonesia.

Edie Haryoto

Partner

Edie Haryoto has more than 35 years working experience as a Director and CEO two State Owned Public Service Company, PT Kereta Api Indonesia and PT Angkasa Pura II. His expertise is in a Corporate Strategic Management and FInance field.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master’s degree in Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Edie combines a strong academic foundation with decades of executive experience. At PHH Public Policy, he contributes his extensive expertise in finance, corporate governance, and strategic management, ensuring that the firm’s work in policy and advocacy is guided by both vision and proven leadership

Agus Pambagio

Managing Partner

Agus Pambagio is a strong, experienced and well-known public policy lobbyist and consumer protection defender in the Country for more than 30 years. He was the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI), the oldest and strongest consumers protection NGO in Indonesia. He is certified and registered lobbyist from the European Union Lobby Association.

Agus Pambagio has been involved in several international dispute resolution or lobbying on several cases. His dedication to safeguarding consumer rights has made him a trusted figure in shaping fair regulations and strengthening institutional accountability

Hinca I.P Pandjaitan XIII

Hinca Pandjaitan is a strong and well-known Media and Sports Lawyer for more than 25years. He is a strong lobbyist in the area of politics and the Government. He was a former of Secretary General in one of political parties, former Parliament members and former Chairman of Discipline Committee at the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI).

He represented PSSI on international lobby to FIFA in Switzeerland. He is a strong litigation laywer for dozen of cases, including telecommunication, broadcasting, automobile, media, palm oil, etc. He used to be a member of Indonesia Press Council..
